The assortment is guided by the customers' high quality requirements in the first instance.
The meat products are cut, vacuumed and packed for the industrial sector or the wholesale trade according to customer demand. The standards might be fresh, deep-frozen or semi-finished, i.e. pickled, salted or pre-cooked. All articles are standardised and defined by means of our own product specification.
